Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: Plentina is seeking a dedicated Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Quezon City. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual with excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract followers and increase engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns - Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts - Monitor and report on website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and industry best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
