Job Description:

As an Online Digital Marketing Associate at Solaire Resort & Casino, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and drive engagement with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase our online visibility and customer conversion rates. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Create and manage digital content across various platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results and achieve KPIs - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all online channels - Assist in managing relationships with external marketing partners and agencies - Execute website updates and maintenance as needed - Track and report on digital marketing metrics to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Dedicated and resilient attitude towards work - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Cooperative mindset to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
