Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

1Export is seeking a motivated and creative Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. The Online Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements - Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Develop creative content for online marketing materials, including social media posts, blog posts, and email campaigns - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing - Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and social media profiles - Support the Marketing team with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role - Strong knowledge of online marketing principles and techniques - Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Creative thinking and attention to detail - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
