Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Lazada Philippines is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website content and user experience - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve - Support the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings - Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content - Work with external partners and vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
