• Set up and maintain robust analytics solutions for precise campaign tracking.
  
• Optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  
• Contribute to strategic marketing development and web shop relaunch.
  

Requirements

Elevate Your Skills: Unlock the Path to Success in Performance Marketing

• Solid track record in performance marketing, ideally in B2B with long sales cycles.
  
• Expertise in handling and setting up analytics solutions, particularly in ad tracking and attribution.
  
• Successful implementation of B2B campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and others.
  
• Experience in funnel building and B2B lead generation.
  
• Ability to work independently.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of business cause-effect relations.
  
• Fluent communication skills in English.
  

Prior Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing & analytics.
  
• Experience in B2B lead generation with long sales cycles.
  
• Responsible for an online advertising budget of at least USD 100,000 per year.
  

Performance Measurement:

• 80% of leads and sales can be precisely tracked (source, attribution) across all stages of the sales funnel.
  
• Achieve a scalable ROAS of 8.
