Senior Graphic Designer

• Join the trusted digital marketing agency in Australia with a closely knitted team in the Philippines.  
• Your workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
• For this role, the candidate should be prepared to use their own equipment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required. Please ensure that it is accessible. 
• PHP 80,000 - 110,000/month
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing visually stunning and impactful designs that meet the clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Working closely with other team members, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through original and exciting designs across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all design work.
• Collaborate closely with the team to produce visually appealing designs that meet project objectives.
• Creatively respond to client briefs to achieve their business goals, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Work independently and as part of a team to generate innovative design concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to meet evolving client needs.
• Produce a diverse range of digital and print materials, including campaign collateral, branding assets, email designs, and more.
• Ensure the correct output of files and timely dispatch of artwork for printing.
• Design effective campaigns in alignment with client briefs, research, and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to manage workflow and ensure project success.
• Understand and adhere to project parameters, including client goals, technical constraints, and budgetary considerations.

Position Prerequisite:

• Proficiency in  A dobe Creative Cloud programs and also Figma . Adobe After Effects would be a big bonus.
• Excellent communication skills is a must for this role. 
• Work experience in an Australian or Western Digital Agency is highly desirable. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Adaptability to learn and utilize new tools and techniques as needed.
