GrowthAssistant is looking for Shopify Storefront Manager focusing on Landing Pages. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the digital journey for our clients, directly influencing our mission's success.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

The Role
- Biweekly 1-hour strategy calls to discuss and refine CRO strategies
- Advanced analytics and reporting to support decision-making
- Coordinate and oversee ongoing conversion rate activities, including the setup of tests in the client's preferred A/B testing tool and the setup of basic UX tracking software
- Creation of designs, prototypes, and wireframes for up to 2 A/B test variations per month
- Implementation support for up to 2 A/B tests per month
- Detailed analysis of test results and strategic recommendations, including analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics
The Requirements
Must-Have:
- Project management experience (preferably in eCommerce)
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing positions and a high comfort level working with stakeholders
- Landing page building and optimizing, and heat mapping experience
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) to understand and optimize marketing campaigns, and utilizing visualization tools to present to stakeholders
- Experience designing both mobile and desktop storefronts
- Fluency in English with strong presentation and communication skills
- Advanced experience in UX/UI design and experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize website elements
- Experience with Slack, G Suite
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DTC e-commerce and/or home services
- BigCommerce, WordPress experience
- HTML/CSS Scripting abilities
- Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to sort, clean and report on data
- PPC experience across multiple platforms
