Job Description - Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

​LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES!!

Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (EST) | 9 PM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range: USD 1000- USD 1500 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our online presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing:

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing plans to promote our products effectively.
  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and advertising platforms.
  • Develop compelling media and copy for email marketing campaigns, social media posts (Instagram, YouTube), and ad purchases (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and channels.

Sales:

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients in our industry.
  • Craft persuasive cold outreach emails to engage potential clients and nurture leads.

Shopify:

  • Update product copy and descriptions on our Shopify platform to optimize conversions and user experience.
  • Create visually appealing media assets for new product launches to showcase their features and benefits effectively.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and experience with graphic design software for creating media assets.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Good to excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
