Position Title: Social Media Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT Responsibilities as a Social Media Assistant: • Assist in the implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Create and curate content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, adhering to brand guidelines and voice.
• Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools such as meta business.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build and maintain a positive community.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics, track key KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in social media platforms and tools, and share relevant insights with the team.
• Assist in identifying and building relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant communities to expand brand reach. Qualifications as a Social Media Assistant: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging content and storytelling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
