We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with proven B2B experience who is willing to be part of a start-up within the commodities industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a track record of driving sales growth and market penetration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging with prospective clients to foster business development opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches to support sales objectives.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, finance, and product development to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and sales optimization, implementing best practices to drive continuous growth and performance excellence.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the potential to transition into a leadership role within operations. Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and develop actionable insights to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
