Sales Associate / Specialist / Officer

Responsibilities:

• Represent LJMB, with a comprehensive understanding of our products.
• Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research customer needs, and identify how our offerings can meet them.
• Perform end-to-end account management:
• Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships.
• Attend meetings and conduct client presentations.
• Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client journal, and developing an active, repeat customer base.
• Perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.
• Work with the Chief Sales Officer to design industry-specific outbound efforts.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
• Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
• Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Must haves:

• For Associate Level: At least 1 year of work experience in Training/ L&D. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• For Specialist Level: At least 3 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development.
• For Officer Level: At least 6 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Expertise in Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling of multiple projects/ tasks.
• Expertise in communicating, coordinating, negotiating, timeboxing of activities/ tasks.
