Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their sales objectives, challenges, and business goals. Sales Analysis: Evaluate clients' current sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Strategy Development: Develop customized sales strategies and action plans to help clients achieve their sales targets. Sales Training: Provide sales training and coaching to clients' sales teams to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive threats in the industry. Sales Forecasting: Assist clients in forecasting sales projections and setting realistic sales targets. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track clients' sales performance against set goals and benchmarks. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Sales Technology Integration: Recommend and implement sales technology tools and systems to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, key metrics, and achievements to clients and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales consulting or a related field. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs. Proficiency in sales technology tools and CRM systems. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in sales or consulting (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.
