Key responsibilities
· Ensure sales to existing customer base in a timely manner
· Proactively identify new accounts to drive sales process from start to end
· Develop proposals, quotations and other relevant documents as part of sales cycle
· Actively participate in tenders to drive sales
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in-line with the company’s goals
· Work with various internal business units to recommend solutions, product enhancements and updates for customers
· Prepare and present proposals to clients on recommended solutions and products
· Actively introduce new products into the market
· Effectively analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for products as required
· Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure high-level of customer satisfaction
· Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
· Min. 2 years’ experience in channel sales
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Good team player with excellent communication skills
