Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer goods and health care company. Our client is looking for a Sales Executive which will focus on promoting pressure measurement film and industrial film products and increasing sales for the company's key clients from Philippine Economic Zone Authority accredited companies ranging from north and south Luzon. The job offers a hybrid work setup with fieldwork and work from home situations. The position will be reporting directly to the Assistant to the President with the company based in Metro Manila

Key job responsibilities include:

• Source new clients
• Perform account management for existing clients
• Conduct meetings with key clients on site or online
• Generating and maintaining sales for the product line
• Establish new clients through maintained relationships and new ones based on market research
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Develop and implement business plans.
• Grow sales volume
• Achieve Monthly targets

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• With at least 3 years of experience in sales
• Must have a network of manufacturing companies in North/South Luzon and Philippine Economic Zone Authority accredited area
• With technical sales and account management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel to Philippine Economic Zone Authority accredited companies to conduct meetings with clients or conduct meetings online, whichever the client prefers
