Job Description

The Well-Balanced Chiropractic Wellness Center is seeking a Sales & Marketing Superstar with a passion for promoting holistic health and well-being to join our team. In this position, the manager will play a key role in performing sales and marketing tasks as well as building relationships with companies that promote health & wellness for their employees. The specialist should be comfortable undertaking a variety of client-facing and office activities. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and Filipino are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

The Well-Balanced Chiropractic Wellness Center operates in a highly agile, and purpose-driven work environment that embraces compassionate patient care. This position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and will require some travel to various locations within Metro Manila when its charity arm, Well-Balanced World, conducts outreach programs.

Responsibilities:

*You will play an important role in --

• Creating and managing a list of prospective clients, and a new business ‘playbook’ with various creative relationship building & cultivation strategies that identify who to target as clients and how the Center can help them achieve their health & wellness goals
• Coordinating newsletter communications and assist in updating the Center’s website content (optimize content for search engines and lead generation)
• Engaging potential and existing clients/patients by providing accurate information, and promoting care plans and complementary services
• Working with front office/reception staff to ensure client/patient transactions are processed accurately and efficiently 
• Maintaining good rapport with clients/patients through open and interpersonal communications by setting a positive office atmosphere
• Organizing and scheduling marketing campaigns and events to promote the Center 
• Creating products and services content to articulate the benefits of chiropractic and posting engaging social media content
• Representing the Center in networking events, and identify new opportunities through prospecting strategies
• Conducting outreach and engagement with potential clients/patients on social media, contributing to and promoting webinars, and leverage email marketing or newsletters to increase sales and qualified leads.
• Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Able to work in a fast-paced and professional setting
• A self-starter with proven experience working in sales and lead generation
• Outgoing with a high level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed
• Highly self-motivated, reliable and passionate about promoting holistic health and well-being
• Strong in time management with an ability to multitask, prioritize work, solve problems and execute tasks meticulously (attention to detail) 
• Excellent and empathetic interpersonal skills in Filipino and English
• Exceptional in organizing and planning events
• Knowledgeable in various office software packages
• Skilled in customer service, sales, documentation, conflict resolution/troubleshooting
• Experienced in social media marketing through the creation of engaging content, postings, etc.
