We are looking for a SENIOR ANALYST  who can join our Kinesso (Data & Tech) team:

ABOUT THE TEAM

In the Philippines effective December 1, 2021, Kinesso along with another business unit or brand labeled Matterkind is now formed under a newly incorporated entity called Kinesso Philippines, Inc. Both Kinesso and Matterkind were business units formerly under the umbrella of IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc.

THE SENIOR ANALYST ROLE

The ideal candidate will collaborate with other markets and will work on projects for multiple brands and clients across multiple categories in many countries in EMEA, North America and APAC. This role offers a high range of diversity which is unique to the analytics world and will put you in an excellent position for career development and personal growth over the coming years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering bespoke analytical projects using quantitative analyses and econometric modelling, cooperation in international projects
• Complex analyses regarding marketing strategies, media campaigns and plans optimization with understanding business needs and objectives
• Consulting with internal and external clients on data-related projects

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Marketing Analytics or other relevant analytic fields
• Must possess excellent analytical skills
• Exposure in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong knowledge of statistics and econometrics
• Quick learner, willing to learn and apply new knowledge with attention to detail
• Open-minded with desire to self-develop and face new challenges
• Strong communication skills
• English skills at least at communicative level
• Experience in Marketing Analytics
• Adept in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and R software
