As a SENIOR MARKETING ASSOCIATE , you will be responsible for handling the following:
1. Assists in the daily mall marketing operations functions in his/her specific mall assignment
such as but not limited to the following:
a. Advertising, Promotions, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications
b. Mall Events
c. Partnerships
d. Sponsorships
e. Digital Programs
f. Market Research
2. Assists in the conduct of market research initiatives, programs, and recommendations in his/her specific mall assignment.
3. Assists in the development of strategies to attract both current and desired future customers as well as increasing length of their stay or visit in his/her specific mall assignment.
4. Assists in the development of creative partnerships that drive awareness, and traffic
correlating to sales and revenue in his/her specific mall assignment.
5. Assists in the monitoring of merchant exhibits and category events in his/her specific mall assignment.
6. Provides marketing support for Ayala Malls brand in his/her specific mall assignment.
7. Provides assistance to merchants in terms of marketing-related requests.
8. Implements tie-up activities, and community relations/collaborations in his/her specific mall assignment.
9. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis:
a. Merchant Exhibit and Category Events Monitoring
b. Market Research Report
c. Merchant Marketing Initiative Monitoring
d. Community Relation/Collaboration and Tie-up Activities
10. Performs other management-mandated functions.
Qualifications for this position are as follows:
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any
equivalent course
• Minimum of two (2) of experience in Marketing, Advertising or Creative Agencies,
Shopping Mall Management or Property Management
• Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple, and simultaneous (volume) marketing
projects and campaigns
• Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions
• Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities,
presentation skills, and project management skills
• Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word,
Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP,
CADD, and others
