SEO Head

We are looking for a Head of SEO to join our growing team!

We seek a leader, who is experienced in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to help drive the company’s growth. You will help manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance.

SEO Manager/ Head** is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. The SEO Head will cover and lead a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planing, link building, and keyword strategy.  

Our SEO Manager goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.

** Responsibilities **

• Plan, develop and implement successful SEO strategy
• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
• Manage teams that sets up, manages, and optimizes campaigns(SEO Specialist, Content Writer, Social Media Team etc.)
• Set goals of the team and continuously improve the skill level of each contributor
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Collaborate with web developers and other team
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Handles social media team to optimize campaigns
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
• Effectively document business processes and report transparently to Management

** Requirements **

• Proven experience as SEO Head/Manager, SEM Manager with experience in managing more than 10 people in a team or similar role
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with SEO reporting
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent communication skills
