Job Summary
The Specialist, Growth Marketing is part of a growing marketing team responsible for qualifying leads to maximize our sellers’ time. Comcast Business will be investing heavily in content and direct marketing and will be nurturing leads through various channels. The role will manage external vendor responsible for BANT qualification. Role will also engage in a variety of other marketing programs that involve analyzing and enriching lead data and researching opportunities.

How you’ll make an impact!
• Analyze, enrich, and prioritize raw leads to qualify and/or distribute to appropriate channels.
• Manage relationship with third party outbound telemarketing team to ensure engagement with Comcast Business’ potential clients promote a positive brand image.
• Research marketing qualified leads briefly, determine the best course of discussion with the potential client, and advise outbound telemarketing team accordingly.
• Analyze and distribute lead generation and nurturing KPI reports.
• Track BANT qualified opportunities and funnel progress in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Provide direction to telemarketing team to ensure call strategy is sound and lead output is primed for sales to quickly capitalize on the opportunity.
• Follow up with Regional and Divisional marketing and sales teams ensure passed leads are being handled in timely manner.
• Stay up to speed on all of Comcast Business’ technologies, products, news etc.
Ideal Capabilities and Attributes!
• At least 5 years of experience of prospecting and hunting into greenfield accounts/businesses.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software technology industry.
• Excellent communication, written and analytical skills.
• Have a can-do mindset, can work individually and as a team
• Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
