About the role:

The Market Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our organizations strategic decision-making process globally. As an Analyst, you will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting primary and secondary market research data to generate actionable insights that drive evidence-based business decisions and strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Collect and organize market data and internal intelligence from various sources, including primary and secondary research to support market analysis.
• Market Research: Support market research activities to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in our industry, including but not limited to market, competitor, customer, technology, and adjacencies. Monitor macroeconomic factors and regulatory changes that may impact the industry.
• Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Utilize statistical analysis and data modelling tools to analyze, summarize and derive meaningful insights from data collected. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for management and assist in the development of long-term strategic plans based on market insights.
• Presentation & Reporting: Communicate insights effectively via presentations, reports and visualization tools. Support design and development of dashboards for data presentation and reporting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments across the organization such as product teams, regional strategy, sales, and marketing to gather insights and align strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and data management.
• Strategic M&A Pipeline Process: Support the refinement and management of the M&A pipeline process and assist in maintaining visibility for proactive planning and execution.
  
   

Requirements:

• MBA or master's degree and bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in strategy, business intelligence, market research.
• Significant experience with MS Excel, (or other data analysis tools) and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methods (ex. Regression analysis)
• Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheet.
