LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job Title: Strategic Marketing Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST | 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT

Salary Range: 1,300 - 1,600 USD per month

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on social media to join our dynamic team. As a company dedicated to establishing meaningful relationships and maintaining a robust digital presence, we are focused on expanding our reach through various online platforms. With a solid foundation of past clients and a commitment to innovation, we are ready to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, with a primary focus on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to our target demographic, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to optimize our online presence and drive brand awareness through website management and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, demonstrating the ability to generate dynamic ideas and implement them effectively.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and continuously improve results.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a deep understanding of platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut or similar programs, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is highly desirable.
  • Experience in email marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in implementing marketing strategies.
