Technical Engineer

Preferably graduate of Civil/Electrical/Electronic Engineering Owning a vehicle/motorcycle and valid driver's license is a plus Willing to relocate/commute Willing to be assigned within Northern Metro Manila Area (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Marikina, San Juan City, and City of Manila) Open for FRESH GRADUATES At least 2 years experience in electrical/auxillary construction Basic knowledge for Control system, Electrical/Electronics Circuit and Autocad Proficient in using MS Office app (word, project, excel, powerpoint, etc.) Above average written and verbal english Good Leadership skills and team-player As a Technical Engineer, you are expected to execute the following duties: Prepare and conduct technical presentations explaining products or services to clients Efficiently identify and resolve client issues and concerns Responsible for reading site plans, project meetings, job sheets and documentations needed for the preparation of necessary equipment/tools for the specified job. Responsible for checking and maintaining maintenance services in order to make sure that the site is working right. Calls clients and inform them about the progress of the installation and other relevant information and details regarding the structural development. In-charge of solving practical problems as well as in detecting and repairing system faults. Participate in every external site teams’ meetings and even within the company itself. Liaise with other members of the team When there’s no project, you will perform as Sales Representative functions such as establishing new accounts by identifying potential clients; planning and organizing sales call schedule organizing sales call schedule Arrange appointments with clients which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling, Prepare sales materials Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) by providing the necessary information required Responsible for making reports and closely monitor both project progress and sales client accounts for reporting and feedback. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Follow the company rules and perform other assigned tasks
