Trade Marketing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible in developing trade communications and activations for LOBs and synergies resulting to increase of market opportunities. S/he will work with platform leads, PEX, PIC, CICs and LOBs in developing trade communications and initiatives to maximize connection with audience and advertisers. S/he should ensure that all platforms' assets/projects are communicated to sales with efficient tools to maximize engagement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

. Develops communication plans for trade materials to promote properties & push revenue.

. Manages trade requests from content / event owners in a form of e-flyer, sales pages, GTM, roadshow deck, media kits, trade AVPs and drop-offs if needed.

. Creates trade activations (events)/roadshows to clients & advertisers with SALES Team.

. Copywrites & designs sales tools and ensures salability through communication points, visual design, data, opportunities and pertinent details

. Suggests branding opportunities as needed

. Monitors timeliness of sales tool releases

. Gatekeeps trade tools cascaded to sales

. Liaises with content / event owners, BMs, PICs and BEPs for approval of materials

Customizes roadshows for agency presentations as needed

REQUIREMENTS

. Graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or any marketing-related course

. At least 1 year of previous work related experience required, but 2 years of previous work experience is preferred

. With excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills, multitasking skills, verbal and written communication skills

. Able to work in a team fostered environment.

. Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule

. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

. Basic skills in graphic design is a plus
