Position: Virtual Assistant

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time

Holidays: TBD

Monthly Salary: USD 1,000/month

Looking to hire a virtual assistant and office manager, someone who can help the business owner with organizing his calendar, nurture vendor relationships, some marketing and CRM support. Updating and keeping the project/s updated.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating tasks and reports of current projects
• Manage the company owner’s schedule
• Some CRM work
• Communication and coordination of vendors appointments
• Daily check in calls with the company owner to follow up with needs, update projects, and follow the next steps.
• Outreach to local businesses to establish partnerships

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience
• Compass CRM Experience
• Real estate or B2B sales experience
• They will need to attend training for Project Management software
• Knowledge of Odoo software (preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
