Brilyo Jewelry is a Manila-based custom jewelry business specializing in custom-made engagement rings, wedding bands, and other jewelry pieces. Now more than three years into the business, they are one of the leading custom jewelry companies in the Philippines, having created over 1,000 bespoke jewelry pieces for both Filipinos and international audiences alike through masterful Australian craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in basic photography and set design and 1 year experience in photo-editing, post-processing, and video-editingÂ
• Preferably with a degree in Communications, Fine Arts, or Multimedia
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Passion for creativity, luxury items, craftsmanship, and style
• Creative; able to think outside the box and conceptualize new, fresh ways to execute visual work
• Open-minded, teachable, collaborative, and takes initiative in projects and ideas
• Hands-on with the ability to work independentlyÂ
• Is attentive to detail, and practices ownership and project management skills

Tasks

• Take photos and videos of existing jewelry pieces and models (when applicable)
• Lead informative video reels through videoing and editingÂ
• Ensure all content is up to date and meets brand quality standards
• Lead photo and video coverage during events and campaign shoots (when applicable)
• In collaboration with the marketing team, innovate different ways to promote the brand through visual content
• Collaborate with Social Media Associate for social media content
• Collaborate with Jr. Multimedia Artist for photo and video editing

Technicals

• Compensation: Php25,000/month with nail allowance and HMO (after regularization)
• Duration: Full-time
• Work set-up: Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days WFH (subject to change as needed)
