We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Administrative/Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate is someone with a versatile skill set, capable of handling various administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires proficiency in utilizing AI-related applications and software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of productivity tools like Microsoft 0365. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: 1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. 2. Handle day-to-day tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Technical Proficiency: 1. Demonstrate a high level of tech-savviness to navigate and troubleshoot various software and applications. 2. Utilize AI-related tools and apps to enhance productivity and streamline tasks. Communication Skills: 1. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. 2. Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other business correspondence. Independent Work: 1. Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to prioritize and complete tasks. 2. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Microsoft 0365 Expertise: 1. Proficiently use Microsoft 0365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to facilitate communication and collaboration. 2. Manage and organize documents, emails, and data using 0365 tools. Task Coordination: 1. Coordinate and assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track. 2. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and information flow. Confidentiality: 1. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Demonstrated tech-savviness and proficiency in working with AI-related applications and software. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Familiarity with Microsoft 0365 and other relevant productivity tools. - Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role is a plus. This position requires working on-site from 9 AM to 6 PM. The office is located at Cebu IT Park.
