This role offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including HMO coverage, annual salary increases, medical and dental allowances, a clothing allowance, and excellent opportunities for career advancement, especially for individuals with strong sales skills.Job Requirements:Completion of a 4-year degree program is mandatory.Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.Organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, strong public relations abilities, and the ability to handle pressure are necessary.Desirable qualities include flexibility and effective articulation.Willingness to engage in field work is required.Responsibilities as an Associate, Small Merchants in Ilocos Sur:Establish or terminate affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.Assist the division and actively participate in company promotions and projects.Conduct searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area and create a portfolio of prospects.Regularly visit assigned merchants to address their immediate needs and concerns.Review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.Recommend and execute the termination of merchant affiliations based on criteria such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).Qualified applicants can expect to receive interview communications within 24-72 business hours, typically via phone call. If the initial call is missed, a follow-up text or email will be sent to schedule an alternative interview time. Interviews can be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or Teams upon request.
