Qualifications: At least with high school diploma/vocational course graduate (NCI welder's certification is a plus). With previous experience as painting applicator or in a similar role. With good moral character. Ability to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and stand for long hours. Attention to detail. (Operators must follow safety protocols and ensure precise movements). Must pass medical, drug, and background checks. Applicant must be physically fit. With good communication skills.
