JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare progress reports of project site, attend meetings & conduct minutes of the meeting.Maintain and monitor project plans.Consolidate plans and other documents needed in building permit requirements.Prepare daily reports, material request form and delivery slip.Maintains and updates records of the project and recommends courses of action, if necessary.Act as document controller of the project.Perform activities assigned from time to time.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering-Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With experience in AUTOCAD and other software.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.With good verbal and written communication skill both in English and in Filipino.Excellent Analytic Skills.Must have good presentation skills.Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.Must be keen to details and a team player.Can work under pressure.Willing to work in Cainta Rizal.
