Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

KMC Solutions is seeking a motivated and dedicated Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. - Create compelling content for various communication channels including social media, newsletters, emails, and press releases. - Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. - Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Innovative thinking and emotional intelligence. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
