Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Fetch Valet is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to engage with various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and media outlets - Write and edit content for internal and external communications, such as press releases, newsletters, and social media posts - Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels - Assist in crisis communication management, including drafting statements and coordinating interviews with key spokespersons - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication strategies - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Canva - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report findings - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience in the technology or hospitality industry is a plus
