Advance, a dynamic company in the marketing industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team as a remote worker. As a Communications Specialist at Advance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively promote the company's brand and message to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and message - Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, email campaigns, press releases, and internal communications - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of communications with overall marketing objectives - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Manage relationships with media outlets and key influencers - Provide support for internal and external events, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication strategies - Adaptable and reliable - Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools - Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
