QUALIFICATIONS • At least one (1) year experience as a Communication Skills Coach, Quality Analyst, Communication Skills Trainer, or Communications Quality Coach in a BPO company • 1-2 years BPO experience taking inbound calls • An advantage if you have at least 1 year ESL instruction experience • Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang (graveyard shift) RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor and evaluate language quality • Use the data gathered from Communication Audits to identify opportunities for improvement and present sound recommendations to stakeholders • Implement target Communication Skills development program • Continuously monitor, coach, and provide real-time assistance to the agents for improvement of their communication skills • Create and deliver daily, monthly, and year-to-date reports that show how well communication skills are improving for agents or groups. These reports cover language quality, progress, project status, and other important metrics impacted by improvement on Communication Skills • Do tasks that use basic business or operational skills and knowledge, applying principles from the main field of expertise. Note: If you've done tests like IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL, please also mention your scores in your resume. SALARY: P45,000 – P55,000
