URGENT HIRING!! We are looking for Corporate Sales Manager - Education level: Bachelor's Degree - Age: 30-45 years old (Male or Female) - Contract Duration: Project Based - Working Time Schedule: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm - Working Days: Monday to Friday, 1 day WFH - Working Location: Cubao, Quezon City - Additional benefits, If any: Leave credits, HMO, Rice Allowance, Company Uniform, Employee Discount - Internal hiring process (steps and timetable): Initial Interview & Final Interview - Interview Process (Virtual or Face to Face): Both - Salary Range(Min.-Max.):30-35K Job Profile: - Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He / she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. - Meeting planned sales goals. - Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. - Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads. - Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. - Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. - Promoting the organization and products. - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. - Attending conferences, meetings, and events. - Create quotes and proposals for clients. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits. - Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance. - In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team. - Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals. - Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account - Receivable (AR) 60 days past due. - Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.
