1.Generates revenue and shipment volume that would meet agreed objectives and budget through extensive market development and excellent accounts management.2.Researches and studies developments, threats, and opportunities in the market are assigned, as clients' business and competitor’s activities. Updates management and relevant counterparts. Prepares and implements strategies that are responsive to these developments.3.Drafts, prepares, and follows up service proposals for existing and new clients.4.Once business is secured, ensure that written agreements are available on file and credit application (necessary) is duly approved.5. Regularly visits existing and new clients to be updated on client’s requirements, to update clients on the company’s service, to develop and maintain relationships, and to acquire more/new business. Ensures that itinerary is effectively planned to maximize client coverage.6.Attends to new requirements/problems/complaints of clients and coordinates with the department concerned or relevant counterparts for appropriate corrective and preventive actions.7.Attends to inquiries of walk-in/phone-in clients/foreign counterparts regarding rates or other details related to their assigned Sales Area or Account.8.Secures business details handled by competitors and sent as sales leads to worldwide counterparts. Consistently follows up on developments.9.Attends to sales leads sent by counterparts. Regularly updates counterparts on developments.10.Submits updated and complete sales reports as required by management.11.Ensures CIS(client information sheet) is complete and accurate by initiating and coordinating the regular audit updating of CIS as per agreed schedule.12.Assists the Billing and Collection group in monitoring and ensuring payment of clients handled.13.Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Superior. QUALIFICATIONS:1.Bachelor's degree holder2.With Driver’s license & Owns a car3.With 3-5 years experience in account management acquired freight forwarding company.4.Excellent oral and written communications skills.5.Computer literate. 6.
