HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Manager level) Will report to: HR Director Direct Reports: Will handle a team of 4 to 5 HR Business Partners Schedule: Shifting Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Salary: P60,000 – P90,000 (negotiable) Target start date: ASAP Requirements: • At least three (3) years of HRBP experience (Managerial level) in a BPO company focusing on labor relations and employee relations • Proficient with MS Office Applications • Must be amenable with shifting schedule • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa Responsibilities: • Conducts employee orientation, refresher sessions, and exit interviews, preparing all necessary materials. • Maintains accurate records, files, and reports, including overseeing the upkeep of 201 personnel records. • Ensures consistent application of employee discipline and assists line management with employee relations, ensuring due process is followed and collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner on sensitive labor relations issues. • Provides frontline HR support to employees, offering guidance and assistance. • Offers counseling to employees and supports managers in addressing work-related challenges. • Facilitates both one-on-one and focus group discussions. • Stays updated on labor laws and emerging HR trends. • Assists in talent management tasks, including performance appraisals. • Independently organizes and manages multiple tasks/projects, completing them within designated timeframes.
