Our client, a known pharma company based in Ortigas, Pasig is in need of an HR Manager with the following qualifications:- Must be a college graduate- Must have HR generalist experience in a MANAGERIAL/LEADERSHIP capacity but stronger in Organizational Development, Training and Talent Management- Experience in the pharma/healthcare industry will be a definite advantage- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig on hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)- Must be dynamic, energetic, God-fearing and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
