As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's HR programs and policies, including employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and advise management on HR best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR management Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
