-College/University Graduate Preferably graduate of management, Psychology, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Administration or other related field. -At least 2 years and above experience in HR specialization in recruitment -With experience in a fast pace industry / job hiring -Experience in a construction industry is an advantage but not required -Strong Communications skills (written and verbal) -Responsible for the team that helps attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for jobs. Responsible also for orienting new employees and helping them assimilate into the company -Strong Interpersonal skills -Effective people management skills -Computer literate -Good Interpersonal skills -Must be highly trainable and exhibit the ability to do multitask
