Key Responsibilities: • Planning and executing recruitment. • Making human resource budget, planning recruitment, training and human resource development periodically by year, quarter and month. • Managing recruitment and selection process of candidates. • Develop and implement HR strategies and tactics in line with the overall business strategy. • Developing policies for promotion and replacement of personnel. • Led and coordinated with relevant departments/units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes and regulations on human resource management, salary and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working procedures, regulations in related fields. • Managing and directing the work of employees, ensuring the completion of the department’s goals, functions and tasks. • Acting as a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues. • Reporting to management and supporting decision-making through HR metrics. • Performing other duties as directed by superiors.
