We are looking for a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR information systems, employee training and development, and conducting disciplinary actions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements. Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration. HR Information System (HRIS): Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues as they arise. Employee Training & Development: Identify training needs and design comprehensive training programs. Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Conducting Disciplinary Actions: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Conduct thorough investigations into disciplinary matters. Advise management on appropriate disciplinary actions. Document and track disciplinary actions and outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
