Duties and Responsibilities:1. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's objectives, targeting key customer segments and utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.2. Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.3. Oversee the hotel's online presence, including the websitea and social media platforms. Utilize digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to drive traffic and conversions.4. Plan and implement advertising campaigns across various mediums, including print, digital, and outdoor. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.5. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive press coverage and enhance the hotel's reputation.6. Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.7. Work closely with other departments, including Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.8. Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.10. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)2. Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.5. Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.6. Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.7.
