Pr Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bench, a renowned company in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and independent PR Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level PR professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing public relations campaigns, building relationships with media outlets, crafting compelling press releases, and monitoring media coverage.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key media outlets - Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials - Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for internal stakeholders - Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities - Assist in organizing and managing events, press conferences, and other PR activities - Handle crisis communication and manage reputation issues effectively - Contribute to the development of PR campaigns, including brainstorming creative ideas and strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders - Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements - Previous experience in crisis communication and issues management is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and PR software - Adaptability and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
