RESPONSIBILITIES - COST ESTIMATION - BILL OF QUANTITIES - BILL OF MATERIALS - EXAMINE CONSTRUCTION BLUEPRINTS - PREPARING FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS - PREPARE AND ANALYZE COST COMPARISON - BUDGETING - ALLOCATE WORK TO SUBCON - VALUE COMPLETED WORK AND ARRANGEMENT - CONTRACT MANAGEMENT - ANALYZE PROGRESS AND WRITE DETAILED REPORT - TRACK COSTING - TENDERING AND PROCUREMENT QUALIFICATION: - PASS THE CIVIL ENGINEERING LICENSURE EXAMINATION (PRC) - 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FOR WHICH 6YRS AS QUANTITY SURVEYOR. - EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND CAN WORK HARMONIOUSLY IN A TEAM - EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS - HAS CORE SKILLS IN QUANTITY SURVEYING, COST PLANNING, PROJECT PLANNING AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
