Regional Sales AssociateReports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.Duties & Responsibilities Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existingones. Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industryevents (as needed). Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present productfeatures and benefits. Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions. Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within yourassigned territory. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential. Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of thesales team. Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, salespractices, and cash handling.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or cardealerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Willingness to travel and meet clients in person. For new graduates: Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects,or related coursework. Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.POSITION SALARY COMMISSION(3) Regional SalesAssociate13,267.50 –15,921.00SALES COMMISSIONS
