Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Solaire Resort & Casino in Davao City, PH is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in communications. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our communication strategies to effectively engage with our audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication plans to promote Solaire Resort & Casino, its events, promotions, and offerings - Write engaging and informative content for press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other communication materials - Monitor media coverage and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets - Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Assist in organizing events and press conferences - Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders - Excellent writing skills with attention to detail - Strategic planning abilities to develop and execute communication campaigns - Passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required, but internships or relevant coursework are a plus
