Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing communication strategies that effectively convey our company's message to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support company goals and initiatives - Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, email newsletters, website, and press releases - Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across the organization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Storm Technologies' values and mission in all communications - Act as a liaison between the company and media outlets, handling media inquiries and interview requests - Assist in crisis communication management and develop strategies to mitigate potential PR risks

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and communication tools - Experience in creating and executing communication strategies - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
