Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a motivated and reliable Online PR Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in online public relations or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute online PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. 2. Monitor and analyze online media coverage and social media trends. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling content for press releases, articles, and social media posts. 4. Build and maintain relationships with online influencers and media outlets. 5. Handle crisis communication and manage online reputation. 6. Assist in planning and executing online events and promotions. 7. Evaluate the effectiveness of online PR strategies through data analysis and reporting. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online PR.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online PR or digital marketing. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in social media platforms and online analytics tools.
