Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking an energetic and confident Public Relations Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in public relations or a related field. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Manage media relations by developing and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers - Draft press releases, pitches, and other PR materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Assist in organizing events and press conferences - Monitor social media channels and engage with followers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic personality and a confident demeanor
