Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our online community. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media analytics, and grow our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products and services - Collaborate with other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Motivated and resourceful individual with strong decision-making and adaptability skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
